I got this one off my Mam and Dad for my 30th and it's very well made for what it cost.

Do you wear your watch on your left or right hand? I wear mine on my left and I can't help but think that might be unconfortable with such a large crown.

TW Steel is a very good suggestion IMO.
I have a 'subtle' 45mm U-Boat Flightdeck which is modest for their offerings. My brother has a couple, both of which are circa 50mm.
I also wear mine on the left wrist so the crown lock does sit against the back of my hand.
mine is on the right, one of my brothers on the left;

How? It has the crown on the opposite side!?

fpsml. Sorry - it was early when i replied. I was thinking of one of my other watches that does that.
My brother wears his on the right which does rub on the back of his hand though

Crown on the left hand side (lefty) is supposed to be worn on right wrist.

I feel wrong wearing it on the right wrist and so end up with a red mark on the back of my hand from the crown when I wear it for long periods. Only tend to wear it on occasion though.

Thank you CS; I bought myself a TW Steel yesterday.
It was a toss-up between this: http://webstore.twsteel.com/en_gb/collections/canteen/twa201.html
and this: http://webstore.twsteel.com/en_gb/collections/canteen/tw21-1.html
Since I already have a (mainly) black (fake) Breitling I thought I'd go for something different. Plus I recently bought a grey suit with which I wear brown shoes and a brown belt and I figured this would go with it perfectly.
I'll get some proper pics once I collect my camera gear from my mates, but in the mean time, here's a phone pic...

I have a nixon that is pretty big. No pics of it but I don't wear it anyway. I have skinny wrists and it looks odd.

Not my thing, but much better than the first two you posted.
Nice colour combo.

Big numbers are bad. As if anyone doesn't know what numbers go where.

I know the time is available all over the place. I didn't really buy it for the functionality. More as an accessory.

It's all part of the design. I think it'd look odd with small numbers or no numbers.
