Stunning. Part of me wishes i'd gone for another A4 and the Black Edition, instead of going for the sensible option of the Octavia!

The only bad thing about Dad's is the total lack of choice on his list

I did have a 3 Series at launch too, although it was a BMW demo so only had it 2 weeks;
This was a 320d MSport Auto, but with all the options was about £38k.

I would disagree. All expenses paid brand new car, every 'x' years, fully maintained, fully insured.

Same here. Its an absolute no brainer for me. the saving on insurance is worth it alone!

My scheme is done so I don't pay any BIK and lease a car with an allowance from my employer to which I can contribute.

For my Mazda 6, I pay £130p/m from my own pocket - includes all maintenance & tyres, insurances (me and GF), tax and a fuelcard for both business & private use.

sounds like an 'eco' scheme - employee car ownership scheme/credit sale agreement? Rare schemes these days too...

But you only get to drive motorway mile munchers unless you want to pay silly money.

Plus all that number crunching isn't my thing.

That audi a6 is nice though.

Most of the miles will be business related so can't imagine a sports car would be much good for that

Lease deals are not as good on the a5 so would cost more again

A4 is exceptional in terms costs but I assume it's because it's going to be replaced

Drove my sales managers 520d M Sport today. Lovely place to be. Auto plus turbo lag is a bit weird mind.

Think it is just the auto I'm not used to as dad's 120d suffers from very little lag.

Well our car scheme is very bizarre

My grade won't allow for sports plus to be added to the 3 series so effectively Max's out at 32k for a 320D

However can get the A6 black edition at 35k no problem

At the moment it's the a6 in white

I'd get it in grey like Byrons. Not seen a white one to know for sure but sometimes big cars don't look good in white
