Completed it. Worked out you never ever swipe down. Always across and up. That piles up you high numbers at the top.
My score on getting to 2048 was 26052 but you can carry on

quite chuffed I managed to complete it in under 45k score supposedly the least moves possible whilst still completing it is 41k
