With ours they advertised a few months before with others plots locally then have a big open day when the show flat was ready and could then reserve. Our site lady said the flats on the site were reserved before the roof was on so best to just go and visit the site

Okay cool...
I'm just thinking about timing really. Haven't applied for a mortgage yet, is it right you basically get three months to find a property after being accepted? Also, I don't know who to speak to because there's still no information even about who's constructing the site, it's just boarded off completely without signage. Can just see all the machinery moving about and a big pile of bricks gradually getting lower each day!
