I'm guessing chesire oaks is similar to bicester and Ashford designer outlets, so yes.
Basically where all the stock goes that doesn't sell in the proper shops. Ideal for people like us who don't stay on trend.

There is a new one open at the Wembley outlet place next to the stadium though
