generation you will probably find that once its fixed the next person to play will get the exact same thing with a go all the way feature ir at very least it will offer them the jackpot as that's pretty much how it used to be back in the old days when you could play machines to your advantage not the person who owns them

That's awesome well done to them for exploiting it, but that Nestor should have hid his winnings better

I know Cole, I actually used to own a few different machines. If they don't do anything I'll ask them to keep it turned off until I get there, and hope they do and don't play themselves

Depending on the company an engineer has probably already been and sorted it, we are usually on site within 2hrs to service a machine

Namco? It's a bell fruit machine lol
And shit engineer if he doesn't know what's wrong! It can only be 3 things! The reel tab has either come off the opto sensor is dirty or the stepper motor has failed meaning the reel needs changing! Namco is a total different area so whoever told you that is talking bollocks
That would honestly be like taking a car to a boat yard for repair

Just spoke to a manager, he said if not obvious when Namco man checks he'll speak to head office. Said it's very unlikely head office will refuse the claim, have several staff witnesses and picture to back up what I'm saying.
Sounds positive so still keeping friendly

Pacman can expect to receive a very strongly-worded letter indeed.

But you didn't win so why would they pay you out, nothing said on the machine that you won 100+ all they're likely to do is give you the cost of a game back

This again? Yawn.
If they are what you expected, why did you bother in the first place?

The replies I've given are based on 14 years of been in the industry (hands on) and even longer from watching my parents run the company! if you had won the money it would be in the bank, the fact the reels were still in play didn't guarantee you win anything, plus the label that says void if machine malfunction comes into play! If anything you are entitled to your money back

Although I do not have experience of building/fixing the machines like Lee, I spent about 2 years playing them every single day and making a living off them, so would like to say I have a good experience of things going wrong...
I hope you prove me wrong, but all it will probably lead to is you getting stressed and disappointed.

The worst for us was when there was a infra re sport on the machines and ppl were using a mobile to link up and so whatever they did, we were running around like a blue arse rly disconnecting ir ports!
As for ppl making livings out of it, I believe ppl lose more than they gain although there is he odd exception but I mean I see the real effects of gambling, I'm more than just an engineer the company I work for is my fathers so I've grown up around them so I'd like to say I have more knowledge than most as it's something I've lived and breathed (my mum and dad also met while working together within fruit machines so the business goes back a long way for us)

Only gambled with one of these machines once before, never again.
Money instantly lost the machines are so confusing I couldn't even register what I was doing.
