better off in all honesty just trying some different ones. some people get on with certain bikes, and others don't. its all personal preferences really and how its set up for you.

Done the red route at Dalby Forest today which I thought I'd struggle with at 21 miles and 2200ft of climbs but in all honesty I throughly enjoyed it, downhills were a bit tame compared to others I've tried recently but all in all a great trail!

I just grabbed a cheap set from Halford... no problems... nice a toasty warm...

I have only been back on a bike since September... Stuggling to get out more than once a week so I was well chuffed today when I destroyed my previous PB distance of 43km... hit 74.6km today!!

I'm going to try to get out one night this week again. Light is on charge so hopefully convince someone to join me.

oooffft not a good start to 2015, haven't cycled for a few weeks now. Got a new job too which is 20 miles away (London), looking at possibly cycling it 2-3 times a week via the river lea, going to need a new bike thou

just ordered a new tyre for the back. went for an on-one smorgasbord. had one on my trek fuel and thought it was great for grip and cornering. plus theyre under £20 a tyre which is decent!

It is probably the best of the more local ones to me, really like Kielder as well but the northshore sections are lethal in the winter!
