Well, the insurance got back, driver denied anything happened. Little confused since he pulled over when it happened, wrote the First form out and took pics Now I've got to wait whilst CCTV is reviewed

There buses usually run with cameras all round so footage from the side can will show what happened.

Bus driver hit my dad when he was cycling and bent his wheel. Driver denied it! He wrote to the bus company and they paid up!

Had the exact same accident as you describe, literally 2 mph touch scuffed the bumper,

Bus driver admitted it etc,
Then some scummer got off the bus claiming to have hurt her knee in the accident...

Got a letter saying they were trying to claim off me.

Luckily I had a separate witness, as apprently I drove into the side of the bus where he'd changed his story.

Was hassle all the way.

Bus insurance just called. Checked the CCTV, said the bus clearly cut the corner and hit the car and said they'll pay for repairs
