Will be ordering a brand new ST3 in Molten Orange at the end of the year

But in a few years time they will own the car, and you will have nothing to show for it when it comes to handing yours back.

I can change up every 9 months. Also, who's to say their one isn't on funance either?

You stick to your shitboxes and i'll stick with a reliable car that wants for nothing.

I can't help the colour of the wheels tbh. Blame Ford I like them, easy to keep looking clean.

I've seen a blue one down Lakeside with black 6 spoke alloys on. That sound familiar?

[Edited on 01-03-2015 by Ben G]

Possibly they look oem'ish il try and take a picture without looking like a nutter/weirdo

If it was up lakeside it would have probably been with a blue focus st with black wheels and personalised "dale" numberplate

You did, hence the word "bought"

My shit boxes are as reliable as a Swiss watch. Never needed for nothing apart from general servicing.

Leasing a car isn't the same as buying a house though.

Unfortunately my shitbox is not the most reliable and I wouldn't want to let her drive a car which may or may not break down.

I'm not leasing a car. It's on privilege. Pay monthly, just like one would with a phone, sky TV, broadband, mortgages etc etc. No different, just a bigger purchase.

People who have a problem with people who finance vehicles need to worry more about their own lives. I'd say a good 60% of the cars in my work car park are financed ford motors.

Exactly.

Do people believe that all these people with exotic cars pay for them in one go as well? Most are financed as it makes financial sense and it often works out with a tax incentive.

Some people will save for ages to buy something, that often then changes when they can afford it, others will get it when they want and pay monthly or similar.

Who gives a shit as long as they pay for it and don't steal it

We get a contribution from our employer and then the dealer gives us extra for being a ford employee. Think this one was 15-16k.

List price seems to be £19,500 with style pack.

We'll never pay that though. It'll just get traded in for another one.

Yes mate, lovely dealership. Usually go ripple road or woodfood green but they couldn't match the price.
