i've got apex -40mm kit and it is stiff and doesnt bodyroll at all, if it was any stiffer i wudn't want to drive the car as it would be uncomfortable!
But i do agree with Kris TD that they dont lower as much as they say, mine has lowered about 15-25mm, so if you actually want a -40mm drop get the apex -60mm kit, which is what im gonna do, get the -60mm springs soon.

adi sri, i had an apex 60mm kit, the front goes down 60mm infact i suspect more, however the 60mm rear springs sat slightly higher than my 35mm springs.

the only problem with people buying koni kit is that they will adjust them once then never bother again, which is a waste IMO

nah, it doesnt matter if your car is not listed e.g. the 1.ol 12V (like mines). Makes no difference.

Apex seem fine to me. Just got springs though but its sitting much lower than standard on the same wheels and its pretty stiff, if not a little bouncey, to drive. Getting 60mm shocks and springs soon though. At the end of the day people will have a complaint against every product, either that or we'd all have the same 'perfect' stuff on our cars

Its down to personal taste but opinions can be useful sometimes IMO.

Apex are great.Only problem is you have to find the correct shock to combine it
I've got apex springs on bilstein shocks and the combination is perfect. Its much stiffer and lower than my mate's corsa on eibach springs and bilstein shocks.I've got little bodyroll, even with the factory antiroll bars when going fast
