I downloaded the free trial of Life is Strange yesterday. I liked it. So I bought the five-episode bundle (£15.99) - note you can buy each episode separately for £3.99; the first standalone episode is the one you can try first.
I've spent a couple of hours playing it. It's brilliant so far.
If you like interactive movie / adventure-style games like those from Telltale Games (Walking Dead) or Quantic Dream (Heavy Rain) etc. you'll probably love this.
Basically you can rewind time (but only by a few minutes) - so every decision you make or conversation you have, you can rewind and see how it would have panned out if you'd done something different, and every decision you make has consequences which will affect things later in the game. As in actually affect things, not Mass Effect affect things...

Just finished the second episode of Life is Strange. Still loving it. At the end of each episode it gives you a list of all the choices you made and how you compared with other players. Apparently I've made some quite controversial choices vs. the majority!
It's also become apparent that some of the seemingly insignificant choices I made right at the start of the game will have serious consequences later on.
Unfortunately, the developer has only released up to episode three so far; episode four is due for release in July, and then episode five in September. The two month wait between new episodes is going to suck!

Was more thinking about the 200+ games I have for the 360 and around 15 for the One
I've got some games I bought years ago that I still haven't played yet

Have a One, don't play it that often tbh
Have Forza 5, Horizons 2, Halo Masterchief, AC Black Flag, AC Unity (one of the worst games I've ever played), Lego Marvel and Madden 15
Plus kids have Disney Infinity and Minecraft
Madden is pretty much the only thing I play tbh. Keep thinking about getting something new but can never decide what

I quite liked unity. Do the dead kings dlc and unlock the special sword that blinds the enemy you strike, and everyone around you.

I found it basically unplayable
Gave it probably 2-3 hours play, had to restart or died at least a couple dozen times due to glitches

At £35, worth it for voice control and HD Skype alone IMO.
Otherwise you've got:
Xbox Fitness
Kinect Sports Rivals
Rabbids Invasion: The Interactive TV Show
Zumba Fitness: World Party
Shape Up
Just Dance 2015
Just Dance 2014
Fantasia: Music Evolved

Bitch games, Skype AND voice control - don't forget the voice control!
Although you can get P90X and Insanity for Xbox Fitness as DLC - I'd like to see you have a go at those and continue to call it a bitch game!

So, err... Twitch. WTF is all that about then?
It appears to be a service that enables you to watch other people playing games (or let other people watch YOU playing games) - is that a thing now? I don't get it.

I don't get it either, seems pointless watching someone else play a game. But it's massive and there's serious amount of money being made for streaming game play

I have just ordered:
- Official Xbox One Digital TV Tuner <-- check the vid
- Official Xbox One Play and Charge Kit
- A bonky Kinect from CEX
- The official licensed PDP Kinect TV mount
- Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition
- Alien: Isolation - Nostromo Edition
- Rayman Legends
Was going to get GTA V, but figured that three older games for around the same price of GTA V (still don't get much change from £50 for GTA V; the games I've ordered are all around £15) would keep me entertained until such time as GTA V is a more sensible amount of money.
Anyone else tried the TV tuner dongle thingy? Apparently allows you to stream live TV to a phone or tablet on your local network even if the Xbox One is in use playing a game or whatever.

Yet games are played and shown on TV to millions of viewers world wide.
It's exactly like any sport. Some people enjoy watching the best go at it.
Agree it's pointless, just no different from or pointless than a football match.
