Have you had much success with Myfitnesspal app? It helped me lose 6kg last year and I've kept it off since.

As long as you are tracking the actual serving size you are eating it doesn't matter, if your not and the default serving size is 40g, just go onto the entry and change the serving size to 1g and the number of servings to 50.

hard work and exercise. put about a stone back on though since i moved jobs from warehouse manager into sales though as i am less active in the day obviously. trying to slightly cut back to even it off and lose that stone again.

dont slip up, really good going, i lost 7 stone but as soon as i put a stone back on its not the same and i feel defeated is this app good? i worked out i was only eating around 6-700 calories a day when i lost it and it really didnt feel great so kind of puts me off trying to get back down to my goal weight again!

18 down to 12 stone 3 lbs but I've since gone back up to about 13.5 stone.
