Him and Owen shouldn't have retired. Not like the need to do any running

Beckham could cross a ball with pinpoint accuracy from the right hand side of the half way line.

And no-one cares because of the whole situation. England beat a decent team and all that's on the news is "the result didn't matter. The occasion was more" etc.

If we'd have lost I bet they'd still be moaning about us

Yep, England are apparently going to win everything now

Still, psychologically this is a massive result for England. Hopefully the media won't put a downer on things, like they usually do.

More the other way was annoying me. Those hilarious cunts running the bet365 and bbc sport sites being ridiculously cuntish when we equalised and then went ahead

Oh ok. I didn't see that on facebook, gladly.

There's no doubt this is the future of England. Forget Rooney and the old timers, take these to the Euro's. It's far more entertaining watching them.

Love Alli by the way. Such a shame he's a spud.

No way did Holland deserve that, they were shocking, England were ok I thought, went a bit missing in the 2nd half.

Ref obviously was in bed with the Blinds

Wasn't a dive. You must have dodgy eyes.

Penalty was silly, no need for fancy stuff.

Well done Vardy.

If a dive involves being pushed whilst running fast, then yeah, it was a dive.

Wasn't a dive at all, he cut across his man, as you're taught to do as a kid and the guy put a hand in his back. Did Vardy initiate the contact? Yeah, of course he did, but the guy definitely went into the back of him

Not sure why the BBC were trying to make such a big deal of it tbh, crucifying an English player for getting knocked down and getting a penalty

He 'initiates contact' feels a hand on his back then hits the deck. It's a dive. You can call it 'drawing the foul' or 'earning a penalty' I suppose if you were being generous.

It was a dodgy penalty

Watch it again and see how he steps into the defender rather than going for the ball
