That is a ridiculour suggestion. Lets say you pay 1k for the first yr, 800 for the second and 600 for the third. Thats 2400. then add depreciation of the car (600 is an easy figure). Then tax. There is no way you will save over 3k on your insurance just because you have 3yrs NCB.
