No... your actually retarded. Have you even passed your test yet? There is a reason for high premiums, your a risk to other drivers with a car like this with zero experience on the roads, your a threat to other motorists and like everyone else you should work your way up from the bottom. Good luck finding your GSi and I hope I do not come across you on the roads.

I have been quoted £2k on a Scooby, I am 23 with 1yrs NCB in July. I suspect that I might be a risk to other drivers too.

I just got a quote on a 93/L Corsa GSi from Tesco:

£1229.55 F/C (0yr NCB)
£1080.45 F/C (1yr NCB)

This is with a Clifford Concept 300 alarm.

So if I wait a couple of months I can save £150 on the insurance if I bought a GSi!

£1003.80 F/C (1yr NCB)

HIC are still the daddies in my eyes, £257 FC with all mods past or future covered!!
bring on the VR6 conversion!!!

G60's are not the fastest in standard form, but can be made fast cheapy!! not v.relaible these days but still sound great!!

Tescos is all well and good and cheap as chips but just wait till something goes wrong.
Then the shit hits the fan.
Their Customer Service is bloody terrible. It takes ages to get anywhere with a claim,They say they'll ring you back and don't,They magically lose documents you send them by recorded delivery.
Do they offer a courtesy car now?(They didnt when I was with them)
Personally I would never use them again and I bet many others feel the same.
