Sounds like a good idea, i thinkt he wanted section on its own will be wasted because the forum would get so big it would be hard to filter through all the threads looking for someone wanting what you are selling IMO, but it is a good idea to split cars, parts and misc.

if this was to be revamped i would suggest that you cant reply to the items for sale/wanted instead using u2u messenger. this will save a lot of webspace for the site as sometimes prices etc can cause farcical arguments and go right off the topic. if a person is geniunely interested in the item they will follow it up by u2u...details can always be edited.
maybe a trial run at this would be beneficial?

I think its a top idea boss, Its far too difficult to keep on top of everything going in here, if no-one replies to your 4sale post within like, 20mins its on page 2! Which is where its less likely to be viewed, so to maximise the space, loosing all WANTED: 17"s post in a wanted section, making it more organised and more easily browsable

Its only more work if it doesn't work. If it does its not, and it will if its simple enough. The alterations are already pretty much running in the regional groups anyway.

U could split by region (to avoid posting stuff ) nah that'd be too messy
Keep it simple and just have 'for sale' and 'wanted' imo

How about splitting it into three sections? IMO I think four section could be too much/some areas not popular enough? You could do something like:
*Cars and Parts For Sale
*Cars and Parts Wanted
*Micellaneous For Sale and Wanted
Well it's just my idea anyway!

What I posted in the Prem forum was........
This may be a stupid question
Is there anyway to seperate this forum into sections....
IE.... still be Classified and Wanted, but them once clicked the next page would be....
ICE
Wheels
Bodykit parts
Exhausts
etc.... etc....
As IMO the forum, has so many posts, you can post a thread in the morning and by lunchtime it could be on page 3 and noone will have even seen it, and it will be forgot about......
There must be a better way for that part or the forum to work??
