Dash flocking - about £250. It was the only cosmetic thing I splashed out on. Flocking is an electrostatic process of bonding on a felt finish. The guys who rebuilt the car sent the dash down to a place in B'ham to get it done
I'm getting a fibreglass bonnet and tailgate from Pro-Tec. The bonnet has a built in feed to a sealed box for the TBS. The feed is from the front and it looks well smart. I've seen these items and the fit is really good. Should save about 25-30kgs or more in total

Beardy - don't know if it could be done in white - but the flock does tend to attract grime, so you'd need to be careful who you allowed in your car

You wouldn't want it flocking in white, the whole reason to do it is to stop reflections on the windscreen!
Looking lovely as ever anyway Andy. Good to see it back on the road.

Ian - it's just a clear self-adhesive covering to protect the paintwork. When it's scuffed, I'll just peel it off and replace it with some more

They're Team Dynamics Pro-Race 1s. Just 5.5kgs per rim, which I why I chose them. I haven't really gone for looks with the car - it's just that with a re-shell, I had the chance to have a respray in any colour and do some tarting up on the cheap...
