Please note if you have already emailed - simply 'Hi I'd like the job' isnt sufficient! I need as much information as you can give about how your experience and attitude addresses the role! I can't guess that!

I think the people that have supported the site for years should be first in line.

TBH it's not about being first in line, it's about having the right attitude to do the job well.

no offence was intened at you, as you seem to be on the defencive all of a sudden.
Sorting out meets etc is not really much experience to be a mod, acctually theres very little in their that would help at all,

I agree experience is probably a big factor in ian decision maming, but that could come in any form, not just previous mod experience.
Could be any situation where you hold 'position of authority' etc (not that i've included anything about that in my e-mail....doh )

dont u think position of authority is takin it a little to far and serious, sounds like a power trip to me. u may think bein an organiser is not experience but u stil get mod status which enables u to move/delete and basically moderate threads within ure region, just like u would in say off day forum

Kerry, I didn't know that, I didn't mean to sound so serious , just think it gives an idea of your ability to lead rather than follow, show decision making skills etc......like in job interviews
