No offence to anyone here, but i see it so much. I bet 90% of you don't eat enough. The nutritional side of bodybuilding is just as important as lifting the weights. To get big you need to eat big (& clean), i find all the food intake far harder than lifting...

I dont know what the fuck these are

Incline dumbell/bench press is just the same as bench press, but instead you have the bench set at an incline of around 30 degree's - any higher and you'll be using the delts too much and taking the emphesis away from the chest.

This is very true, if you dont have the correct nutrients in your body when you work out your body wont be able to create new cells!!! Thus, not increasing your strength or size!

I can belive that, i havent seen a mate of mine for a few months, saw him the other day and he is huge, due to goin to the gym 4 times a week, training at home+ eating loadsa pasta and chicken etc
Seems to be workin for him.
I am quite slim and fed up of people windin me up, +i want to look good anyway so have decided to start training, trouble is i dont know if i am dedicated enough to eat all the right foods?
Do you think that it does/doesnt make much differnece if you train without eating lots of protein?

Protein is what your body craves to grow

I need 30-40g protein per meal. i roughtly have 8 meals a day. 5 big ones(6am,10am,12am,5pm,8pm) then loads little ones in between then also 2 protein shakes on top. Just made my self a batch Protein bars n Protein Muffins

It makes the world of difference mate, your muscles need protein to grow.
Training without sufficient food/protein intake is like trying to cut someones head off with a very blunt knife - it ent gonna happen. Well it will, but it'll take double the time but you will still come to a point where you can't get much further and have made little gains.

A general rule for bodybuiling is that you need around 1.5grams of protein per 1lb of bodyweight a day. Some take more/less but that's a good guide.
You weigh around 145.2lbs, so for sufficient muscle growth you need around 217.8grams of protein a day.
That's a alot of alot of protein to consume through solid foods (for your weight), this is where protein shakes come in handy to meet the target.

Some of it can be genetics too!
Some people can put on weight, size, strength etc easily, but some people can eat and eat, train and train, but find it hard to put it on.

But as Craig said you need protein, so shakes are a good way to go, also, when/if you get into it, supplements can help too m8.

Good luck, and try and join a gym, it'll offer you a lot more.

I'd stick to Pure Whey.
Cutting out all the crap would depend on how much crap you ate in the first place. You want to put weight on, so i wouldn't eliminate them - just don't go OTT.
