Had some prick in a Transit last night try over taking me in a 30, oncoming traffic so he pulls back in nearly taking out the rear 3/4's of my car

Basically i am losing a valuable lesson from this at the end of the day just wanted to hear peoples opinions but the deserve to die thing..

I got caught last year doin 43 in a 30, made me slow down after that and I am more carefull now. If they take away your license doesnt it have to go to court to do that? If so thats where you can appeal that you rely on your car for work and education. They may let you keep it that way if you agree to take so lessons or extra driving courses etc.
Friend of mine used all 12 on his, not just speeding, was banned as he used the i need car for work think before and couldnt again. He was let by the court use a car for work calls only but had to get it signed back in every evening.
See what happens.

It's true, yes I speed sometime but if I get caught thats my problem. Your learn a lesson from it though which will serve you well in the future, it's annoying but not end of the world  Test retake won't be too hard

Hi mate seems like you are facing up to the consequences but i got a few questions. I spoke to my mate in traffic andhe made it clear that even if it was amobile coamera unit there should of been some kinda warning that it was ahead and they deffo shouldn't of been hidden behind trees

boyracer lad will be one of the people who get caught racing round the retail parks and his car will be in the middle of a roundabout upside down with everyone else laughing!

not jokin only way i saw it was when i look in my rear view mirror. Was behind a tree. i was gutted. we normally know all the hotspots but that was i new one... then when i told my friends they are like yeah i know that one! cheers mates!

trouble is gonna effect work/education and relationship... the last bein the worst cos she lives 100miles away!
