Description
I am led 2 believe that i could have been possesed by an unknown spirit.
It all started about 2 weeks ago when i was lying in bed and suddenly i found it hard 2 breathe. Obviousley i was very scared coz i couldn't breathe then i felt although something was restraining me and i couldn't get up. I tried to shout for help but the words wouldn't come out. This lasted for about 5 minutes and i have trouble comming to terms with it. Every time i try to tell someone about it i feel like people will laugh at me and think that i am stupid. PLEASE HELP ME
