1. only if your insurance lets you, but normaly there only tpft
2. yes as you have to notify your insurance company of any changes or your insurance is void therefor you have no insurance

no.
quick question for you all then:
If you went to a restaurant and sat down for a meal with a mate, the meal came and it was really horrible.
When you left would you tell people not too eat there?
OR.......
If you went to a different restaurant with the same mate and had a meal which was average, nothing special about it and nothing horrible about it, just ...average.
Would you tell people?

That would all come down to wether you knew he had um on him.......quantity of the drugs etc.
if you knew, you could get done for supplying or carrying or handling prohibited substance
tough one, depends on teh situ really as it happened.

car park you mean?
A car park on private property like tescos is classed as a road still, and any accident on a road means you have to stop, if not you could get done for Failing to stop,
basicly Sct 170 of the road traffic act says that...umm if you have an accident which causes injury or damage to anothe rperson or property other than the offender then they have to:
1.Stop
2.Give your name & address and the address and name of the owner if its not yours (but your still insured)
3.If you dont give them there and then you have 24 hours or until reasonable practicable to report the accident to a police station or an officer
yeah, sct 170 RTA 1988
jeez that was a long one.....
