Kerry you can get a cam belt kit for your car from most motor factors. I got 1 for my own for just over 100quid, make sure its a Gates belt & SKF tensioners. Then all you need is some1 to fit it!

yes i think xr2i 1.6 may have little more edge than 1.8 i have driven both,
the fessy trubo would rape ya gsi's but i would rather have a golf gti over all,
i got a xr3i 0-60 in 8.6 secs and it'll pull away from 1.6 si fiestas saxo's vtr/s just, most escort part from cossis and rs2's, focuses always try it but even some btter ones are suprised although i had race with st170 and he was so pissed of cus i was folowing him for 8 miles till my passenger started having fits(does'nt like anything that goes over 5o mph)
i know the 3i is'nt spectactular but it is to me i love the old golf gti's 205's and xr's

by the way the st170 driver obviously was scared of his car and he was just a posser and probably never maxed it but it took the smurk of his face wen my £400 car kept up with his 17k notes

Corsa GSi will beat XR2i 1.6 8v and the 1.8 16v.
I have beaten both in my GSi, the old 1.6 8v XR2i is so shit slow.

Perhaps the XR3 is modded? Or maybe its one of those 'magic' cars? Like the guy who told me his 1.6 Orion was actually faster than my RS Turbo but Ford didn't tell anyone. Yeah.

I beat an xr2i in my 8v sri coupla months back, not lying at all was upto about 70 mph and I just edged on him, it was about a h reg one so imagine it was the cvh engined one, was quite pleased actually
Anyone know much about the rs1800, and gen info stats? (inlcuding ins grp)

lets try i had a corsa sxi rental car and it couldnt fart off a 106 1,1 graduate lol
it was as flat as fck
um xr3i has 110bhp as standard and corsa has 65 or 70 bhp lol
i do doubt xr3i's would be beaten
