Off the lights - side by side,
After 60mph - start to pull away
After 100mph - VTS/GTi - GONE
30-120 - VTS/GTi, what VTS/GTi?

I can could stay with Patrick when his car was running 168bhp.
I can also stay with Lee in his 2.0 16v in a mid range race.

I just about stayed with Andy when he had 180bhp, no weight, smaller wheels, 175lb ft torque, and 1 person in the car.
Opposed to 16"s, 2 people, 155bhp and 145lb ft torque.
Im telling ya, my lumps a good one. BEat lees 1/4 mile time on my first go, he'd been trying for ages Its just a well manitained engine i think.

How the hell can you compare a £10,000 car to a £4000-£5000 grand car
If I had £10,000 I would also prefer to have a Clio 172.

172 isnt actaully that good for tuning. Hence why the TB ktis for them only give around 200bhp.
£2k will get me 208bhp, if i ahd 10k, i would opt for more than the 208 kit
A highly tuned 2.0litre Clio wouldn't stand aa chance against a highly tuned 2.0litre corsa
So i would still open that can on your scouse butt

Yes but u would have spent a hell of a lot more to get it to that standard...so your kent ass pockets would be empty...bo selecta

Kents ass pockets are already empty
TB kits (Prima Racing etc) for Clios cost a lot of money, about £3k +
For less money, the same power can be gained from a redtop. And teh redtop is a much better engine, will ahve more torque, and can be driven much harder as well.
