I can haggle but just dont have the money to haggle with.....
If something costs £200, cant say will you take £20 - think they would tell me to GTF..... Woudl offer £150 but dont have £150.

the only thing is that his quote of 4600 is bull because the 20s alone would cost between 1500 to 4000 and the seats at 1000 each mmm i dont think so
