ok had a nice long chat with him during tea, he is serious, and I suggested the idea of a 200sx & also a 300zx TT, but he wasn't having it, he said its a cossie or nothin...

Cossie saffs are getting quite cheap to buy now, maybe thats his thinking? you can pick em up for around 4-5k.

not cheap to run though, but very fun to drive, faves got to be a 3door for me though, my uncles mate at work got a 425bhp rs500, and fcuk me its quick, have to say its the quickest car ive been in! thing i like about the cossies is the wastegate chatter, it is sooooooo loud, sounds the tits

cossie for me all the way escort preferably bloke came in to work the other day in a white escort cossie wasnt sure if it was real so i asked him and he just revved it up and there as the sound of the lovly waste gate asked him if it was tuned and he said a little 490bhp and i was like fuck me he said its his sunday car only got 2000 miles on it and its a k plate

Get the cossie mate! A mate of mine has a sierra cossie, a blue is well mint sounds the nuts aswell, tuned up etc.

Probberbly wise. The Sierra's gonna be loads cheaper to run and maintain compared to the nissan's. Also easier/cheaper to tune .

Ive had a go of the Sierra Cossies at Knockhill and they are great fun mate!

Highly recommend one, but personally prefer the 3drs. They go for silly money though if they're in good condition.

Too dated imo, most are rusty sheds too. Escort is way overpriced for what it is. Why not something jap/turbo'd? more reliable
