I know exactly how much pain your going through corb.
Dont know if you saw my pics when I did my pods, but they were a proper nightmare
You get one side done, after hours of sanding and then realise you got to do the whole thing again on the other side
Worth it in the end tho.
My pods are getting the the paint treatment too. currently working on the drivers side to get that smooth as chuff, then the other.
I'm gonna be making a fibreglass mold of mine tho, to cut down on the weight.
Once I've done that, I could knock them out for anyone that wanted a set
Trouble is, I wouldnt be the only one with them and thats the whole point of going to so much effort.
Worth thinking about tho
Good work chuck.
Keep the progress pics coming.
Will look well sweet

These are the tricky bits, with the curves!!
Mental Note: Always Change Out Of Work Clothes Before Starting!!
More filling and sanding , ah well, back to the grindstone.

Steve: Standard door card, with MDF speaker ring and mount. then t-shirt soaked in fibreglass resin and lots and lots of filler.
Adrian: You should find it wont take too long if ur gonna trim them, mine are pretty much trimmable now, but as im spraying them, they've gotta be absolutley smooth as fook. Tell 'em Claire!!
