it was ace but alot of people think its sad it depends wot u do. i handled alot of the money and paperwork side and also the emptying of machines at the end of each session and gettin it right to the last penny. was quite stressful actually!!!

yes bingo is sad but the job is quite kewl. ive seen someone win 500k and that was a buzz

normally they ask u in for a meeting and discuss if ur well enough to come back to work

to be honest stu im not concerned about the job kus il just get another when im ready im more concerned how other employers will look at me after bein laid off due to sickness

the only thing is i will be able to try the new deal for disabled people if all else fails

they can terminate you if your not able to come back but if you are able to come back then they cannot. if your off cause your depressed etc then I doubt they could fire you. I would seek advice.

kerry.... have you not no sort of union at your place of work?

if you have get in touch with your liasion officer and have a chat with them...they will know the ins and outs.

i have just been signed off for month due to a virus and work werent too happy but they cant do fcuk all about it.
but as you have been off for so long it may be diffrent.... work wise 15 months is alot of lost labour tbh
