be interesting the hear the spec of it, thought a 35 would of caused too much surge

maybe he means it will peak a lot higher than what it holds at, so will "surge"

it shouldnt really. hoping to be running about 1.6bar max boost if i can help it. then tial wastegates are pretty good for regualting boost. external gates are better at controlling it so usually dont peak higher, or by much. lat wastegate i had didnt actually peak at all. 1.6 bar slightly rising to 1.65 by 7k

got some bits
far better condition bootlid than one on my car. will get it rubbed down and de-wiper hole'd etc and off for paint at some point. also has a spoiler on that doesnt have the "i reversed into a metal barrier at work" look like my current one does
some clocks that have a complete plastic cover over the front unlike my current ones that i smashed after trying to remove the front of them.
theyre actually wing mirrors and not robots legs. time to change back from the dtm cup things perhaps. go for more of a std look.
thanks to rickie k for all the bits. spot on fella even if the drive there was down some of the most random roads ive ever had the displeasure of being driven down.
seen as putting bits in garage thought id take a pic of the red cover. its been liquered and everything now. amazing rattle can finish.

id imagine that theyre awesome. like a permanant track day on the way to work. although when your sat next to some elderly person like my mate jim who just donated a pint of blood and could pass out at any second, it were quite frightening lol

just had a call off johnathan the rolling road man. seems as if my car will begin mapping on wedensday. nice. throttle linkage etc is all completed on it now. hopefully on wed or thursday will have a 0.6 bar map done on it and maybe a touch more. means i can tax it aswell and get on with driving it.
looking forward to it, also slightly nervous lol.

i wont be posting it up on migweb anyway i dont think. im hoping for over 250bhp per litre. thats my aim. obviously will just have to find out. might be relatively easy to adjust the current maps so it might get mapped up to whatever it will go. im hoping for a 0.6 bar map, a 1bar map and a whatever it will map.

I see, looks like the duct for a pipercross viper, i've been trying to look for ducts that look like that as the ones you seem to get are shiney silver stupid looking things and i'am not paying £30 for a piece of pipe that some places seem to sell.
