just to double check that i have the right supplemnet, i am taking
2 x multi vitimins
2 x Omega 3 Pure fish oils
2 x Protein Whey shakes (one in the morning before breakfast, one after the workout)
what else should i been using as a mimimum?

Just finished the bar, certainly takes some chewing but they taste pretty good and i didn't need any water to help it down
These are the things that will probably keep me going doing this diet

Ab Ripper X is on the end of the 1st video you must of pressed stop with 25 minutes or so remaining
Basically Ab Ripper X comes after chest + back, arms and sholders and legs and back. (the ab ripper x vid will appear after these vids automatically).
So basically ab ripper x is done 3 times a week with a day rest inbetween where you don't do it... So yeah, you finish your 1 hr exercise and then have to launch into ab ripper x (which is a intense work out too).
Some people i know have done them seperately on the same day, like ab ripper x in morning and the main work out later on, but i do both at the same time.
You could get away with doing it tonight after plyometrics, although plyometrics leaves you feeling knackered

Be careful, a lot of them are also full of fat / sugar / cals - so don't eat loads of them.

I nearly missed the ab ripper the first week, was just trying to recover from pushing it on the chest and back when it came on

I don't mind ab ripper x, apart from my leg / hip / lower back clicks when I try to raise my left leg (while its straight), up and down, or on the 'in / outs' / 'bicycles'
it's like 'click click click'

My suplements are...
1x multi vitamin (mine is only one per day, yours may be two)
3x Omega3 fish oil tablets
2x Shakes a day (one with breakfast and one after workout)
1x Glutamine tablet after workout
1x BSN No-Explode shake pre-workout

I get cramp really bad in my upper thigh/hip, so going to have to make sure I do some extra stretching before it next time.

imwatching the videos on my phone and transferring over a couple at a time as i only have 2GB of disk space free

Yeh, but my point is m4tt, if you've transfered 'chest and back' - you'll have ab ripper x already at the end!
it's included on the vids where it's meant to be done.
Why you watching them on your phone though? I just have my laptop infront of me... although I do also have them on my iphone to show people

the last thing on the first MP4 was press ups, which look like your going under a fence lol
the ab ripper video is number 12
using my phone as it easier than D/C the laptop with a dodgy battery and taking it up stairs and powering it back on and setting it up (time is precious when you have a child and one more on the way next month)

Does the vid not have another 20mins or so to run after the dive bomber push ups? Mine just continues after a 10second blackscreen on to the ab ripper.

it is the same, and it should include more after the dive bomber push ups...
dive bomber push ups, then cool down... then fade to black, then ab ripper x starts.

it probably does, but i switched it off and done my own warmdown, that'll teach me
imay do the whole thing again tonight as i'm not happy with the workout from last night

Doing all that again wont do you any good i would say. Overtraining is bad for you.
