oh please... you go off and play them back to back and try tell me the same..
forza does have better elements, sound and tuning options.. the rest is not as good as GT..
end of story.

I have played both and Forza wins in everyway, ok apart from graphics, but Forza graphics aren't 'bad' they're just not as good, every aspect of a driving game is better on Forza for my personally
Gt5 tries too hard

some things are better i agree.. the sounds are MUCH better although it does lack surround sound, and the tuning and multiplayer are better (than gt5P) the cockpits are just ok, there is no 720deg turning on the wheel only 240deg, oversteer feels strange and unnaturel, the entire physics engine is semi decent at best, which is well hidden behind the use of a pad, but you get a wheel on forza and its just awful.. there is no way a pad should be faster than a wheel and pedals.. but it is.
.. apart from that forza3 is ok i enjoy playing it with paul, adam, ojc and the like but thats all it has going for it for me.
if you have tried both on a wheel then you would have the same conclusion as me.. unless your a half wit who doesn't have a clue on how a car should or would handle, if that is the case and you are still trying to argue fact then i will not take it any further as there is as much point as trying to stick a cucumber down my japs eye...
take a look at these..
Forza3
GT5P
how can you argue that?

I'm agreeing with you that the graphics are better on GT5, but for me it's all about the gameplay and I just think Forza beats it by far

From those screens, sure the interior of gt5 looks better but the track and surroundings look pretty shite. I used to love gt1 to 3 but only because forza was not made, gt5 feels like your driving on ice the whole time and I find the handling really shocking, hardly realistic (which its supposed to be). I stick with forza thanks, good graphics, good handling, good gameplay and more importantly, fun.

Looks sooo shit... They had this sorta tech years ago before 3d graphics... I remember playing a bike racing game like that, basically a video of the track sped or slowed down at speed.
nonsense.

Just bought an Elite just for this haha... Erm, any tips? I hate 'learning' about what to do in a game, takes ages! I'd sooner someone tell me where to begin.

Reminds me of mortal combat style real images, I just meant graphics dont make a game, gameplay does.

First impressions are good. I find it difficult to brake hard without locking up though. That's pretty much the only thing I'm struggling with atm

its because all the cars are set to 100% braking pressure, you need to get the best brakes upgrade to alter it, id recommend about 80- 90%
