I dont say this very often but last night I actually felt proud to be British. that was an epic show imo, Ed Sheeran covering wish you were here, was awesome however he could have took that stupid hoody off.

Wasn't as good as the opening ceremony, but then it was an ending rather than a beginning.
Overall been an amazing games and Britain has come out brilliantly. Well done Seb!

I talk to a few foreigners on a regular basis, and the general opinion is that we've done a good job with the Olympics. There's a Dutch lad I speak to who lives in Ireland, and his only frustration has been the BBC commentary and their bullshit bias towards the TeamGB athletes which I guess is understandable.
He linked me one example though of some dude breaking a WR and the commentary just blubbered on about how well the GB person did despite coming outside of the medals, it was rather cringeworthy
