How are you finding NFS:Rivals?
Compared to Shift and Grid 2, which one is it most like?
Been playing Grid 2 lately and really not enjoying it much.
Its not bad at all, its most like grid2 but the gameplay is more like nfs most wanted. Its definately a step up, gaming and visual wise from the ps3 so id recommend it if youre after a racer, that is until driveclub comes out next year.

My first impressions are that menu and UI are spot on, seems alot more simplified then the PS3 and easier to navigate around.
Some people have reported theirs to be noisy but I find mine to be quiet and even more quiet then a PS3, it does kick out a fair bit of heat though, took me a while to find out how to insert/eject discs
changing settings and personalising from the menu also seems to be extremely easy, no messing about with menus within menus within menus much anymore. I also love the way how quick it is to navigate back to the main menu to read notfications mid game, it goes back between the menu and game instantly.
Controller is superb, it sits in the hand very nicely and is extremely comfortable, unsure of the need for the big LED on the back, not explored the new big touch button but again seems nice (is it touch pad?)
Had no problems online or with online features, its very quick and everything loads superb, will be even better with a new upgraded HD I imagine.
Also enjoying the share button on the remote, press it mid game or something and it records and saves it, very nice touch.
I know party chat is old news on xbox but this is a very nice feature and very easy to use, its big new thing for us PS owners and its very welcome!

Coming from xbox 360 this is a whole new experience but it's great.
The games themselves are not blowing me away in terms of graphics etc but I did expect that and knew I was buying for the future.
Love the controller but is taking some getting used to compared to the Xbox one but it has some great features.
Agree about the big LED wish the user had the function to turn it on and off but I can live with it.

I know what the LED is for just wish you could turn it off when playing a game like Fifa or Battlefield.

The led takes up more power than the controller does at idle, something like 50mA to 30mA, bit of a battery drain.

You can open the controller and unplug the LED if you really want, just a simple ribbon cable to unplug.
