Don't let the Doctor do what they did to me when I had stitches and wash the cut with iodine before giving you the local anaesthetic. Stings like you wouldn't believe.

They didn't do that in the end. As it was quite a clean laceration. They cleaned it with clear stuff then glued it

Did you not have any insulating tape about? That's the proper method of patching up a cut.

Yeah I was in the hos at the time might not look it in the pic but it's quite a nasty gash. Probably the worst iv ever had anyway. Hos said I should have gone up there anyway

What's that glue like? Got my sister on the rob at work for some as I'm bored of plasters and tape

yeah it oddly didn't bleed much considering its size, I asked about that and they said I was lucky it just took the layers off down to the fatty tissue any deeper and it would have bled lots.

Il let you know in a day or two when the bandage comes off if it held, looked just like super glue to me

It'a good stuff. Had my eyebrow cut open by a cricket bat years ago and it's held together fine ever since they glued it. Leaves a scar though

Won't be using it for anything major. I just get small cuts that piss blood all the time so thought gluing would be far easier. Plus it's free

You can buy the glue from supermarkets.

AFAIK it is just superglue.

Where did you get the wheels from Steve? Hows the tyres for road use at 60/70?

Some stuff isn't suitable apparently. Plus sister is a nurse so can lift it from work for nowt.
