should idle about 850 i think it is anyway what have you changed/checked?

Yea but mine idles at 1k-1100k.

I've checked tps,changed icv,changed thermostat coolant sensor...

I'm gonna disconnect battery tomoz and leave it for an hour and see if does owt.

I've checked all throttle body area and all air pipes by spraying carb cleaner but nothing. :/

Starting to bug me abit.

the throttle isn't sticking a little bit is it? it should click when it's fully released

Otherwise looks good, bit of a pig doing the ICV isn't it

Icv is a doddle when you've taken it on and off as many times as u did in the first week of owning it does it start fine?

have you sanded the scuttle down or just sprayed onto the texture? wouldnt mind doing mine

Sean - haha I think they're ok to do.

Jamie - no I haven't yet,I'll have a look. Could it be the little metal lip on thermo that's abit worn?

Gav - Yea it's been smoothed mate but just done with can,looks nowhere near as good as tips/arches etc. I wouldn't bother on yours with there being no gloss. :/

Does it start ok? Have you checked the wiring to coolant temperature sensor?

Make sure the knock sensor and icv loom is plugged in correctly. I had 1 in doing exactly the same and that was the problem. Just the adaptor plug to the right of the fuel rail

im wanting mine glossing eventually, fed up of getting tiny bits of wax on them and making the car look seriously messy

yeah just a little bit, i want all my plastics doing but it would annoy me if they wernt 100% smooth like the paint work

Yep red for knock sensor and black for icv. It's the plug at the other side I had problems with

Not a update but last night i went to a local meet called Sheff Cruise at Exhaust UK. It's the second time i've been now and it's always a good turn out.

Went and met up with Scott,Big C and Christian first then convoyed down,parked up and popped bonnet. Got some good attention and alot of people very interested which was good.

Anyways here's some pic at the actually meet then went to Meadowhall and got pics in under ground car park.

Sorry for the quality of the pics,my camera is shocking in that light.





This got alot of attention too,he's off Club Calibra and a really sound guy. Limited edition Calibra,only 50 made apparently.
