Awesome James, the manifold looks
The car used to have that front bumper on it many years ago!
Might have to pop down for the rolling road day to see this in action

its now covered 1019 miles! its officially run in now.
the exhaust has made a big difference to the car. the throttle responce is so much sharper and it no longer bogs down and hesitates when you accelerate and after cold start up. i'll get some pictures of the exhaust system tomorrow as i need to change the engine oil, filter, coolant and check the gearbox oil (mayb change it).
ive given the car a t-cut and a polish tonight aswell as a good hoover inside (first time since i put the carpet in there) and its so much nicer now, i plan to hopefully get a few more of the interior plastics sprayed and fitted tomorrow just to tidy it up as its in despirate need of it. it doesnt look anywhere near finished. i also need to find somewhere to hide my ecu out the way where it cant be kicked anymore as the passenger footwell just doesnt work lol
my front bumper should be back on either tomorrow nite or early sunday morning.

got to the meet today and it started to hesitate abit and the throttle would cut out for a split second, got to the meet and it died, got it started again and moved about 50ft then it died again. fuel pump relay was switching constantly causing the car to cut out. changed the relay and still couldnt start it. got it kind of started but it didnt run well at all. coughed and splittered then backfired through the bodies. removed the spark plugs and they were wet with fuel and black. got it recovered home and havent touched it since. going to get some new spark plugs tomorrow and take it from there.
hoping to get it to jamsport on tuesday to be mapped but atm its not looking hopefully. im not pissed off that its broken, just more annoyed that i cant work out why its doing it

its what you get from tuning an engine lol ive spent far too much on it now to not fix it, its just more money that i dont have atm. i would be nice to get a garage and leave it in there to be cleaned up etc untill i can afford to get it running spot on and get something else to drive about in, but then its soo close to being done its annoying. the run in period is over and untill today all that was left was to get it fully mapped

Sorry to see that your car ill.
It's just poped into my head but if the fuel pressure is low or the injectors are not spraying right, you'd get the same problem?
Hope that helps and your back on the road soon.
