im not good with cloning stuff out
I normally just play with Hue & Saturation, change the Contrast & Brightness, Exposure and Sharpen them

Smart Sharpen > Contrast > Exposure > Offset > Shadow / Highlight > Photofilter > Lens correction > Curves > Canvas Size > Add text.
Use photoshop actions though, have loads of presets....

From what I remember you should always use an unsharpen mask lastly after any other modifications to a picture, not sure why exactly. It made sense at the time, read it in a photography mag.
