Yeah, Doesn't look flat to me!
Went off into bike park lakes today and did the Ullswater single track.
Absolute tosh, mostly unridable so essentially took the bike for a walk. Between us there was three OTB's one smashed Garmin and mount and one utterly destroyed Hope rear hub.

Sounds fun. I've done bits of that in the past, real techy ride the bits I remember.

Where is the best place to sell a bike now? I have a whyte g150 which I don't use any more so am looking to shift it on.
its a 2014 version, has a few upgrades, in large and just has all the bearings replaced in the rear suspension, any ideas what they are worth? there is a medium on ebay for £1850 at the moment, not sure if that's a bit strong?

Attempting to cycle to work as much as possible lately but it bloody sucks. It's only 5 miles to work but I'm knackered by the time I get there

Smashed a 50 today for the first time this year(lazy fucker!). My impending holiday to Italy in October biking means balls to the wall and out every week on rides 50+ from now until then. Im going to try and do a 50 mile road ride and a 10-20 mile MTB ride to keep my eye in as if I do all road you loose a bit the technical ability imho.

50 miles so far this week and im seriously feeling it. i used to do that on a weekend on the mountain bike without any problems. saying that ive lost a lot of weight biking to work the last 2 weeks so thats a good thing.

Started looking for a hybrid for the cycle to work and back plans. Found a specialized for £950 but my issues are the gears don't seem big enough. Largest front cog is a 44, seems small.

I stuck a set of road tyres on my old MTB and use that to get around now, seems to do the job. My only complaint is that being fully rigid with skinny little tyres gives the wrists a bit of a pounding

im using my road bike at the minute but for a 5 mile commute id rather have a comfier bike, hence wanting a hybrid. i dont seem to suffer wrist problems, hands are used to it from rattling down lots of rocks i guess on the mountain bike.

Can see the reason behind it, not ridden a road bike but they don't look the comfiest and not what I would want in the morning before work

That's good going, I did 14/15 last night but I was fucked. I always ride along the sea front which means if there is any wind around at all it is 10x worse along the prom
This is what i'm riding at the minute, I got this bike when I was 14, I am 33 in July
