Is the top pipe in good condition? The Ecotec one to the TB?

Prone for splitting along the creases on the older X20XEVs and causing idle/running issues...

Well the ecotec pipe is second hand and does have abit of tape on it. You reckon it could be that?

I had a similar problem on my XEV Cavalier, pipe was split.

I wouldn't trust it if it looks like it's had an attempted seal/fix.

Have a look to see if there are any cracks/splits in it under the tape - it'd be worth getting a replacement though to rule it out IMO.

I damaged my ecotec pipe when fitting it and taped it up, never ran right after that. Got a new one and it sorted the cutting out/stalling problem.

Get in touch with total vauxhall and tell them to pull there damn fingers out and get ooooppp north "t" sheffieeeeellddddd daan thaaa jittyyy and take some damn pics man ! Featurre worthy IMO

One of my favourite corsas ever, everything is so clean and standard looking. Definitely get some of those pictures sent in to total vauxhall, feature car for sure

Awsome Dan mate its unreal how clean it is i bet the pics dont even do it full justice cant wait to see it in the flesh

as said deffo get onto total vauxhall how this hasnt been featured is beyond on me, easily one of the best cars on here

Thanks Ben,other plans are a cage of some type,full stainless steel system with piper back box and a bigger bore manifold and probs a rear disc conversion.
