Have you fitted the linkage yet? You'll wonder why you didn't do it ages ago. They give such a nice direct feeling.

I ran out of time to set it up properly so it needs moved a bit as it struggles to get 6th but yeah feels more direct. Neutral doesn't feel like its neutral which is odd at first. Just wants slackened under the car and neutral moved forwards and to the left a touch. Not sure if I should keep the old f28 linkage or eBay it......

Oh in other car news, ordered the wrong springs pmsl. Dunno how I managed to write down 1.9ID and 11" where I need 2.25"ID and 9" wtf.........ordering today as you get 5% off vouchers from that jjcraceandrally.internet place.

Springs ordered for the front will keep 400 rears and test them on drag strip next month. Might get gear linkage adjusted this afternoon.

due to the bolt through the rose joint, it was catching on the steering rack while going for 1st and reverse.

shortened the collar down and used a shorter bolt and it clears bang on. still need to adjust it slightly so it goes into 6th easier.

i wouldn't have said that pmsl, more that i kinda think i need to make some improvements in areas instead of just putting up with it the way it is. hopefully begin sorting stuff out over the next couple of months as its tax is due end of september so probably wont renew it over winter.

oh, just bought some real smart dice valve caps as well

i have a shortshift with rose joints but doesnt like finding gears lol what mm is the spacer on the bolt going threw rose joint? as mine has none so that could be my problem lol
