squelchy good word
Our pitch doesn't seem to have any drainage problems. Was very muddy though in the 2nd half last week after we had churned it up
Our first goal came from a penalty where the ball hit the floor and took an awful bounce off the mud onto a defender's arm gutted.

I do not cheat mate. Not sure what gave you that impression
If the ball didn't hit his arm it would have fallen to me. I would have blazed it over but thats not the point

hahaha, in that case yes I am I was the first to shout penalty, then when we won it and scored I walked past him and said it was a harsh decision, he agreed
I love Sunday league.
In fact that same player went off with an injury because I stood on his knee fcuk knows how i did it. We both went in for a challenge and he got caught under me, I went to get up and must have trod on his knee

you take what you can get on a Sunday mate.
I hate it when people stand on my feet, the ref did it last week when pushing the wall back plus you tend to notice it more in pumas because they're quite a flimsy boot

I'm not looking forward to Sunday's game to be honest. Even though it's the team we whooped 8-1 last week, I just don't feel up for it. Leg is still giving me some bother, might just sit at home on my thumb.

I have suffered from shin splints for the last couple of years. If i play loads of football or do loads of running in a short space of time they get sore again. Best thing to do is ice them after exercise and keep your calf muscle well stretched. Get your thumb/fingers in behind your shin and massage where its sore.
Ultrasound is also good but means paying a physio or waiting the 9 years for NHS treatment then have them not know what to do!!
No game sunday as we have 4th round of county cup and our opponents havent played their 3rd round yet, dispute going on.

Not too sure then mate. Just plenty of Ice and Stretching is the norm. I sort the advice of a physio as it got worse after staying the same for ages.

won 4-2 in the league, came on as a sub, proper towing was only on ten mins too. We also have a new stricker so if i don't get fit soon i'm going to end up stuck on the bench.
