ok got my last cv joint finaly. Got oil, oil filter and spark plugs. Fitted all of that. Fitted my hubs and suspention and brakes. Fitted the radiator and pipes. Fitted the manifold and decat. All that needs doing now is gearbox oil and need to bleed the brakes and fill her with water. Then were done

Erm should be going to get some box oil and fluid from the garage i work at tomorrow hopefully. If so then i can get the brakes bled and the gearbox full by sunday night and drive it into work on monday

i will be doing mate. Got a quite a few things i need to do before its purfect but atleast the engine will be in and running.

BOOM, she lives!

Managed to get my box oil and battery today from work. Went home. Filled her up. Bolted the battery in wheels on. Key in

Fuel pumped primed ok
Oil light came on, stayed on for about 10 seconds then went off
Cranked it over
Nouthing atall :s
Stoped. Checked everything was all right under the bonnet.
Cranked
Slowly slowly slowly started fireing
Then litteraly went bang and jumped into life
Ran sweet but a little bit of a knocking noise
Only ran it for about 2 mins then started coughing but i think its just ran out of fuel

Will fill her up and take her into work this week sometimes and sort out that little knocking noise
Pics and a video when i get round to it asap hopefully

Still working in the bike shop 2 days a week. for the next couple of weeks. The other 5 im working in a garage in formby industrial estate. Auto services its called mate.
Booking the corsa into pipewerx in 2 weeks time for the eggsauce to be made up

sticking it on the back of a flatbed like yours. My boss's mates doing it for 40 quid from formby to pipewerx. Then gonna bash the trade plates on it. Book it in for a mot at my garage and drive it back

yer lee cat back. Already got my manifold and decat pipe. So cat back one silencer and a backbox. 3inch outward rolled exit and 2.25 inch pipe i think maby 2 and a half. Not sure :/

4-2-1 manifold, decat pipe, 1 large silencer, 1 small silencer as a backbox. Same as my civic had apart from that had a standard mani with a cat

corsa is comeing into the garage i work at tomorrow for a cuple of days to get some bits done, as i cba doing some bits at home on my back when ive got use of 2 ramps at work.
Things like the ball joints need a buzz gun anyways tbh. Might take it for a sneaky battering down the bypass whilste im at it with the trade plages

Fired her up again today. Knocking noise was still there just not as much. Left it to run and warm up. Temp gadge didnt move though. Not sure if it just wasnt hot enough or if its got a bust water temp sensor
Knocking got less and less as it warmed up.
Bled the brakes. Still pritty bloody spongey tbh :/. Rebleed them tomorrow in work
