That vid makes me miss having a loud exhaust Sounds really nice Dan!

Looking forward to seeing the header tank all fitted anyway. I know what you mean about the bloody rain as well! Been trying to wash mine today but it ain't happening lol.

What exhaust you got on it? Sounds nice, miss the sound of my old arden, with the centre pipe i had it had the raspy sort of sound like a redtop

Sean it's a Sportex oval with a silenced centre section,nothing special but i like it

Lmao Mark! If your doing something to car i'm doing same! So i went out and fitted the header tank in the rain,pouring rain And now i've come into watch match suns coming out! Can't win!

Here is the update anyways,it was a right bugger to get off! My left arm is scratch to hell trying to hold the header tank up and trying to get the metal clips of the hoses but i've done it and makes a big difference. The bay looks cleaner which i'm happy about I also painted tops of my suspension black

It's not my standard centre section Sean,i bought another one with a silencer in because i thought the backbox would have been too loud with a straight through one

Thanks Sean Yea i am,i would love a bigger engine but can't afford too have car off road,need it for work

When i fitted my header tank it was a bit of a swine,i had to remove the battery

Did you put the fit the the little black plastic nut what holds it to the bulk head because its missing in your pics?

If youve got greasy bits that arent rubber get abit of oven cleaner on it ;-) works a treat and a bottle only a quid or so. Cheaper than expensive cleaners.

Also what the air filter like ? i have taken mine of and put standard one back on. Think it pulls better through the rev range with standard de restricted one on.

You need to make me a one of those parcel shelfs
Might be making a little workshop for my self on back garden so i can refurb engine and spray bits up.
