right steve, no one makes an aftermarket one apart from possibly one czechoslovakain company that he wouldn’t touch with a barge pole, not a commonly made part, can get ford one for £270 but he said have you tried resetting it? think you need the dealer box of tricks to connect to the car to do it though

Cheers warren.
So front bumper off, remove fmic, swing ac to side, squeeze old one out rad and new one in.
Whats the coolant bleeding process on these, same as doing a corsa.
if your swinging it, make sure you have a hand - ive managed to punch a hole in a new rad before as its such a tight squeeze!
drain out of the bottom drain bung into a container (so then you know exactly how much you have to put back in)
just run the car up with the cap off like steve said, the fan will unlikely cut in on idle need to rev it hard (cap on)

I can bring my axle stands Steve. They are the fold down collapsable leg type so take up no room what so ever.

id research a little bit about the company before launching into it though
you arent protected to claim anything back if the company goes insolvent with your cash
