I may have prepared too much veg.

2 onions, 4 parsnips, 2 potatoes, 2 sweet potatoes, 2 carrots, 1 stick celery, peas, sweetcorn, diced pork leg, Bisto gravy mix and seasoning:

Is it ok to have so much out of the liquid?

I'm always a bit paranoid about that so ends up with loads of it at the end.

Too much liquid?

Recently I have been using gravy mix to thicken it up.

Yes I always have too much, it's because I have everything covered in it.

Yours doesn't have everything covered, if that's ok I'll try that.

Most of tomorrow's curry, there's peppers and chillies under the onions.

Needs flung in before I leave in the morning, with the chicken, tin of tomatoes and a splash of wine.
