Hobbit 2 5/10

The last 40mins was good. The first half just as lame as the first
Movie.

Some terrible special effects, make up and acting. McKellen was epic as you would expect, Emile Hirsxh is another
Favourite of mine but the character was so drawn in to the story as a bridge it was daft.

If they stuck to the game's storyline it would have been fucking epic. Especially if they had the cut scenes.

Similar comments as others to the hobbit part 2.

Good, very watchable, but a bit drawn out for the sake of turning it into 3 films. Some dodgy camerawork too, lots of action which moves too fast for your eyes to follow.

7/10.

Taken - 6.5/10, decent enough action film, some dodgy acting and a bit rushed at the end, did that rich bitch not even care about her pal? Bit of a poor mans Bourne

Oz the Great and Powerful - 6/10

Disappointing. the first film still continues to amaze me for a film made in the 30's. The second, although not as good took a different spin on the aftermath and also showed a land of Oz in dark times. This new film, although visually like the first was just a bit boring and the storyline was actually quite boring, and what plot there was bore too much of a resemblance to the first. With all the CGI I wonder what Sami Raimi was actually left to direct.

Riddick 2013 - 8/10

Enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would.
Wouldn't mind if I had to watch it again with someone either.

Watched this for the first time in ages tonight and couldn't agree with you more!

The scene when Ben Affleck's character gets wiped out is genius!
