yeah it ran well. really reminds me of the red xe corsa i had about 10 years ago. sounds the same, same low down grunt etc. oh, and its red as well pmsl. tempted to build one for a daily hack about over winter.

hamish's swb quattro was there, daniel corsa has the project thread about it on here. its 100x more awesome in real life than it is in the pics, which make it look a piece of art. the way everything is done is top notch. stunning car. sadly thats the only pic i got of it. i have a video uploading.







fitted that headlight duct thing to mine to have a look. looks a bit better than just having no headlight there, so thats cool. bit gutted i didnt get up early enough today to get some drag strip action. didnt arrive there until 4pm. lazy.

yeah..............no, i mean no

its got a noisy lifter on tick over so need to do that will do belts etc then as well. was just a quick fire it in make it run for saturday job really. time to sort it all out now before march or april when straightliners are back up kirkbride.

its about 3 foot of exhaust side exit after passenger side wheel with no silencer.

It's just on mappable ecu instead of the std stuff. It seems a decent engine otherwise though yeah considering it sat in a rotting car for years.

its the s40, was about 450-500 quid i think.

had a golden eagle vacuum manifold for a couple of years but never fitted it really. fitted there on bulk head right hand side.



to replace that unknown object that previously did all the vacuum sorting jobs. not really sure where it came from or what it is off.







all done



i know people will like the apple sticker so i took a photo of it.



on to slicks corsa 20xe, took the seats out



took all the sound deadening out from under the carpet



changed the side repeater from that



to that





how it looks pretty much wont be much changes going on there.







made up some plates/parts to bolt one of the bucket seats out the swamp shitter into the red one. passenger side to make next week.
