Game yesterday, nasty conditions dreadfull pitch which hasn't been rolled in donkeys by the looks of it Mile Oak 1 - 1 Wick. Not a bad point away from home although it could have been all 3. With a weakened side we hit the wood work twice in the first half before going down to a lob on the break.

10 minutes later we were back in it with a top class move and finished from 8 yards. Only lost 1 in out last 5-6 games now.

we won 4-1 yesterday. i played right wing. jesus christ the person who invented the right wing back position must be shot a superb hattrick from our forward.

hopefully next week i'll be back up front!

anyone elses pitch lacking grass?!
Taking the piss ours, from the sidelines it looks like everyones a lazy bastard, but when you get on, when you run it saps all your speed. The manager reckons the strikers arn't doing enough running, they don't seem to grasp how bad the pitch is to play on.

We are always at home played about 9 at home to 3 away! Also our pitch is used by at least one other team and a kids team. not too bad out side of the middle third.

Our pitch is lovely and its been played on every weekend so far, few weeks back the saturday games were called off which allowed the sunday teams to play but thats it. Hate playing away as most of the pitches are nowhere near as nice as ours.

we won 1-0 against a rough club. who in fairness weren't that physical (well not as much as our last match). for this reason, i was a sub (not the most physical of players)....but i came on with 30 mins to go (on the wing...again ) oh and what happend?? i make a tackle in midfield and instantly set up our goal, and we had more attacks when i was on the pitch then in the whole game.

surely thats reason enough for me to start next week? well....our manager wants to sign on 2 ex players....reeeeeaaaalllly good players (one striker another left winger) now if they turn up, i lose my place in the team each week....simple as that
