Thanks guys

Jay, I was planning to spray it myself but I've fucked that idea right off now It will be done by a pro, not sure if I'm using spice yet though.

lil_g, I'll get your some pictures tommorrow of how I wired the popper in

Done some more work on it today The weather was crap this morning so I didnt start till after lunch. Got quite a bit done though!

First skim of filler on

Smoothed the first layer back. Had a couple of imperfections so I gave it a second light skim

Time for a bit of primer. Masked the back of the car up

After three coats I was left with this Really pleased with it. The line off the number plate recess isnt quite right, needs to be a bit more defined so I'll put that right tommorrow

Cheers mate, yeah its just a quick fix for pvs to be honest. The boot desperately needed painting so thought I might as well semi-smooth it at the same time If it does sink after pvs its not a big deal.

I took the car to a local sprayer yesterday to see if he could spray it for me. As soon as I asked him if I could see some of his work he got all up tight and refused Started having a go at me because he'd been painting for 19 years bla bla. Told him he can forget it! So im thinking about spraying it myself again. Got a decent spray gun and compressor just need to get the paint now.

Hoping to do some more work to it today before work as the weathers nice
