Neither
I tried making HDR'd ones in photoshop but it took the best part of half an hour for my computer to manage it and they looked wierd, the exposures still all seemed wrong
Them ones are just raw files, all I've done on them is the raw processing, there was too much of a difference in exposure between the ground and the sky so had to go a bit extreme to try and get an evenish exposure, which has caused that finish. Thought it looked kind of interesting tho

I think they look good - haven't bothered with the RAW files on my 450 yet, not sure my computer is quick enough

the 2 landscapes I posted are HDR, I rally want to be able to do them with out HDR, I need some grad filters, HDR is cheating

After people saying about HDR in here, I looked it up and had a little play
I took two pictures out of my window, with the EV set to -1 and +1 respectively. After merging it I tweaked it a little bit with the shadow/highlights and gave it a little bit more saturation.
Anyway, enough chat, here it is.

nikon d40, f/5.6 4 sec exposure. c&c more than welcome
